Groomsmen Schedule

Thank you for being a Groomsmen at my wedding. We are down 2.5 groomsmen (my cousins Vikul and Neeraj, and Adam on Saturday). That means if you each bring 25% more ruckus than you were planning we should be ok!

Things to do before Friday:

• Make sure you have your tux (including your pants Woody)

• Make sure you take all the COVID precautions (submit your vax card, get a negative test). You can see the FAQ section for all the details and submit your form by Mon if you want onsite testing.

• After the wedding we will do bridal party photos. If you want to borrow some indian clothes let me know by Monday 10/24.

Welcome Reception

Transportation from La Cantera and the Hilton will be provided at 5:30PM.

Groomsmen responsibilities:

• none! Except Raj, you are giving a toast! Note: there has been a request to not use your phone for the toast.
  

Friday attire: Cocktail or Festive Indian

Groomsmen responsibilities:

8am - rehearsal (sorry for the early start), respond to my email and we will bring you your coffee order.

After rehearsal - groomsmen golf. We will head to the driving range and either hit some golf balls or eat some breakfast tacos (or both!)

Christian Ceremony

• You all will walk down the aisle.
• Ron and Matt S are doing readings.
• Woody you will be the ring bear and should be lined up next to me.

Reception

Groomsmen responsibilities:

• 6:35 - Briadal party entrances. Chethan, you will lead the groomsmen (do with that what you will!)
• Greeny you are giving a toast. Note: there has been a request to not use your phone for the toast.
• There is a group dance. If you don't know about it, ask a friend!

After Party

12:00 AM - late

Groomsmen responsibilities:

• Aneesh you will be master of games.
• Bring your A game.
• Everyone is required to stay until the end, regardless of early morning flights!

Saturday attire: Black Tie Optional or Formal Indian.

Farewell Brunch
